Kate had the pleasure of working at some of the fine establishments of this food revolution, witnessing firsthand how diverse world influences can affect every bite.

Now it’s our turn to show off our skills. We’ve fine-tuned our menu to a delicious melding of global flavors, injecting the fare of each island. We keep it spontaneous enough to incorporate the freshest flavors of the day, promising to delight even the most adventurous of palates. A survey is provided prior to your vacation to gather all your preferences with which we will craft your custom menu to your desired palate.

Served with coconut syrup, berries and thick cut bacon.

Breakfast Pastry Benedict

Breakfast pastry filled with eggs, ham and cheese topped off a a savory hollandaise drizzled atop or served on the side.

Scrambled eggs, bacon, cream cheese, tomato and avocado rolled up in a wrap and topped with sriracha sour cream.
