Hailing from a foodie’s paradise complete with many James Beard Award finalists, our crew fine tuned their skills in Minneapolis, a city that does not skimp on a wealth of delicious cuisine options. Kate had the pleasure of working at some of the fine establishments of this food revolution, witnessing firsthand how diverse world influences can affect every bite.
Now it’s our turn to show off our skills. We’ve fine-tuned our menu to a delicious melding of global flavors, injecting the fare of each island. We keep it spontaneous enough to incorporate that day’s catch or freshly gathered conch. You won’t want to miss out on those.
We offer all-inclusive and partially inclusive menu plans. Have all your meals onboard, or leave room to explore the island flavors at a local beach grill. Below is our sample menu and plan options. We will provide a survey prior to your vacation to gather all your preferences and craft the menu to your desired palate.
Breakfast
Rum Challah French Toast
Served with coconut syrup, berries and thick cut bacon.
Breakfast Pastry Benedict
Breakfast pastry filled with eggs, ham and cheese topped off a a savory hollandaise drizzled atop or served on the side.
California Breakfast Roll
Scrambled eggs, bacon, cream cheese, tomato and avocado rolled up in a wrap and topped with sriracha sour cream.
Avocado Toast
Fresh Guacamole, shaved egg and a variety of fresh toppings atop thick cut Artisan Bread served with Scrambled Eggs and Fresh Fruit
